Let’s Read! The Benefits of Reading to Your Children

Parents, when you help your children learn to read, you help them open the door to a big, exciting world.

As a parent, you can begin an endless learning chain like this: You read to your children, they develop a love of stories and poems, they want to read on their own, they practice reading, and finally, they read for their own information or pleasure. When children become readers, their world is forever wider and richer.

Studies have shown that children that are read to on a consistent basis begin to develop both communication and thinking skills at a much younger age than children that aren’t read to on a consistent basis. In addition, those skills continue to progress and develop much more rapidly in children that are read to consistently. This progression of skills will continue as long as you spend quality time reading with them.

Children appreciate the quality time you spend with them reading books and enjoy good stories as well!

Here are some things you can do to make sure you get your daily readings with your children: Read aloud to your children: books, newspaper and magazine articles, the back of the cereal box, labels on cans, or directions – anything with appropriate printed material on it is Read poems aloud together to learn about rhythm and repeated sounds in language. Point to the words on the page when you read. Move your finger from left to right. Listen to your children read homework or favorite stories to you every day. Go to the library together and check out books. Be sure to ask the librarian for good books or to help you find what you need. Have books, magazines, and papers around the house, and let your child see that you like to read, too. Encourage older children to read to younger children. Help experienced readers talk and write about what they read. Develop a quality nighttime ritual of reading a few books with your children.

Remember, giving your children a head start in life requires spending time with them – and part of that time should be spent with a good book!

Effective study habits are a very import part of the learning process. Good study habits are all about keeping to a daily routine and giving all subjects equal treatment. What are Homework assignments ?

Homework assignments are the out of school work given by teachers to students to compliment work done in the school classroom and assess how each individual student understood the subject.  Always remember, you and your child’s teachers both have the same aims when setting homework assignments—to help your child learn. If your child is having trouble completing the work set by the teacher to be done at home, ask for support  both for yourself and your child thus making sure that your child gets as much as possible out of doing the work set by their teachers.

When having problems in math, what may be needed is a review of previous math. Many online websites offer free help for homework problems in math.

Help for homework problems can be found on many web sites. Some provide examples of homework problems along with answers and step-by-step solutions. Others explain math ideas and concepts. Many of these web sites are not free, however. When taking math courses at school, whether high school or college, many students have trouble doing the homework problems. They frequently get stuck doing a problem or don’t know where to start. Even when looking for free math help online a few basic things have to be known.

Just as in any other subject, understanding math requires knowing some basic concepts. Before more advanced subjects in math can be taken, the rules and formulas in basic math must be understood. After whole numbers then come the negative whole numbers. The basic math operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are usually next. Learning multiplication usually involves learning the multiplication table, especially for the numbers that multiply to one hundred. Concepts such as factors and multiples are described that are used in higher math. Division is the inverse of multiplication. The process of division of sometimes leaves a result called a remainder.

It is very important to know fractions since they have wide application in the world and not just in learning math. The parts of the fraction are the numerator, denominator and a small line that separates them. The numerator goes on top of the line while the denominator goes below the line. This is because the fraction represents the division of two numbers.

Once fractions have been learned, the next topic in basic math is decimals. Fractions and decimals can represent the same number although the notation is different. The decimal point splits the number into two parts: a whole part and a remainder part to the right of the decimal point that is less than 1. In addition, it is important to convert between fractions and decimals in math.

When doing algebra, kids often have trouble with factoring and expanding polynomials. Even before this, however, the mathematical idea of variables has to be understood. Meanwhile, in trigonometry, they might have trouble with the trigonometry functions such as sine, cosine, tangent, secant, cosecant, and cotangent. The many formulas and terms used in algebra and trigonometry are important for taking higher math courses such as precalculus and calculus in addition to probability and statistics.

In precalculus, the concept of a function is used to describe a relationship between variables. Some of these mathematical rules and concepts are carried over from algebra. The most fundamental function that is learned is the linear equation. This is the function for a straight line. Other functions that are learned include rational functions, polynomial functions, exponential functions and logarithms.

In calculus I, concepts from precalculus such as a slope of a line is used to define the derivative. The derivative is used to find the rate of change that is taking place in a function. Along with the definition of a derivative, special rules have to be learned that rely on understanding rules from previous math.

The same can be said for calculus II. Calculus II deals with integrals. An integral is used to calculate the area under a function from the x-axis. Integrals are more complicated than derivatives because they sometimes require setting up a problem to fit a particular rule. Unlike derivatives, there might not be a solution unless numerical methods are used.

Calculus III deals with vectors and their functions. Special equations and formulas are used for vectors that are different for regular numbers which are called scalars. The dot product and cross product are two examples. All of the previous math that is learned in calculus II is applied in calculus III.

Probability introduces many new math formulas and definitions. Although there are many new concepts such as sample space, events, union and intersection, many of the old math concepts are applied as well. The binomial distribution is related to algebra through polynomials. The concept of probability distributions is carried over into statistics. The most important of these is the normal distribution. The parameters used are the mean and standard deviation. They are used in statistics to obtain confidence intervals and for hypothesis testing.

Unlike some other subjects, math requires learning previous math. By understanding and mastering current math courses, taking math in the future will be easier. If one is stuck, a review of prior math formulas, rules and equations can help break a difficult homework problem. There are many websites online that provide this free help for reviewing past math.

Life takes new shape once you impede avoiding and panicking hard work and make it your partner instead of your foe.

Hard work is the sole witness at the sepulcher of the unsuccessful at everything. It is a worth, giving everything, we have in life to hard work because it is the only obligation towards our life. It is our destiny. It is better to die while attempting to reach our destiny than never making an attempt and live a purposeless life. Hard work gives direction to our life and determines our future.

Apart from this, one should keep in mind that proper balance is also required. Too much of everything is bad. It should be life giving hard work not like taking. The truth is that we are the scribes of our own destiny. Maintaining balance should also be the important point to be considered while going through hard ships of life.

Maintaining Discipline With Homeschooling

At whatever age the homeschool experience begins for a child, it is absolutely vital to their success that they learn a disciplined routine, positive study habits, and time management. These are key tools for adult success that the public school system teaches students somewhat implicitly.

When parents choose to take on the role and responsibility of educator in their child’s life, they also assume the added responsibility of making sure that their child maintains discipline in learning and develops time management skills.

It is very important that parents set the example and routine for children of all ages, especially when first beginning the home schooling process. You must sit down with your child and explain to them that even though their TV and toys are within reach, there is a schedule to be followed. Students who have previously been in a public school system need to understand that homeschooling is not an extended vacation. Consider scheduling appropriate breaks and fun activities throughout the day as rewards for focus and concentration during lessons.

Additional tips for maintaining a structured home school environment are to set up a classroom area in your home. A place that is free of distraction will allow the child to focus on their studies and probably finish early. Establish classroom rules and behavior with your child, just like any teacher would. Expect that he or she arrive to their desk on time, dressed appropriately, and with the necessary supplies and completed homework.

While homework may seem like a strange component as part of the homeschool program, it is important that your child be responsible for managing this aspect of their learning and getting it done on time. When they are enrolled in a college or other formal education setting once again, they will have homework that they need to complete. Finishing and turning in homework is an important responsibility that they need to learn before that time comes.

Finally, be very careful to avoid monotony and boring routine lecture style lessons. Include new and fresh activities like field trips, guest presentations, art projects and even cooking. After all, this is the benefit of home schooling. You get to explore with your child on a daily basis. And, many activities are easily tied into the established curriculum that you might be using. Home schooling is not an easy job to take on. Although it can be one of the most rewarding experiences for the parent and child alike, home schooling demands preparation, time, and attention. One of the problems of doing it this way is that the person who posted the homework problem may have to wait a long time before anyone answers. Another problem using this method is that the response may be inadequate. An example would be where an answer is posted but the means of obtaining the answer isn’t. Sometimes, an answer by itself is insufficient. What is really needed is the method of solving the math problem with an explanation of how it works. Sometimes, only a specific algebra topic needs to be explained. One area of algebra that many students seem to need help with homework is factoring. Unlike some other methods in algebra, factoring requires many steps. There is no simple math formula or equation that does factoring except for the quadratic formula and certain cubic functions. For example, there are special factoring formulas for certain polynomial configurations such as the perfect square, differences of squares and cubics.

The simplest factoring method for quadratic equations is grouping terms together in the polynomial and factoring out the common factors. This method can be fast but it doesn’t work for every polynomial. Another factoring method that works well is the trial method. This involves setting up the parenthesis and factoring the leading coefficient along with the constant. This method can be slow when there are coefficients with many factors. Also, it does not work for many polynomials. When there are a great number of factors then it is better to use a table to write down the factoring process. One column of the table can be for pairs of factors and another column can be for their sum. If the pairs of factors add up to the middle coefficient in the quadratic equation, then the right pair of factors have been found. Just like the previous factoring procedures, however, this method does not work for every polynomial.

There are two factoring methods that work for every quadratic equation. The first is called complete the square. The second one is based on completing the square for the standard or general form of a quadratic polynomial and results in a math formula called the quadratic formula. The first method, complete the square, involves adding a value to the quadratic equation on both sides to determine a perfect square trinomial on one side of the equation and a constant on the other side of the equation. Then the result is placed in factored form with the square root taken on both sides. With the quadratic formula, complete the square is already done and the only thing that remains to be done is to plug in the values of the constants and coefficients into the formula. These two procedures are used frequently in math because they can solve any quadratic equation. They can result in real or complex answers, however.

In addition to factoring, other important algebra skills include expanding a polynomial or quadratic equation in factored form. This is generally done through distribution. The Law of Distribution is an important rule that is used in all of math including algebra. A special form of distribution for quadratic expressions is called FOIL which means: First, Inside, Outside and Last.

Graphing linear equations is also required in algebra. A linear equation is a formula for a straight line. The linear equation includes the slope of the line as well as its intercept.

If you find that you cannot get to sleep within about 15 or 20 minutes of getting into bed then don’t simply lie in bed trying to sleep, because the harder you try the more difficult it will become. Instead, get up and do something such as reading a book (not a school book) or listening to some relaxing music. Tip 4. Don’t be tempted to stay up late doing homework or studying for a test. Cheating Among U.S. Students–Making the Grade At Any Cost

Cheating is on the rise in American schools, and cheating methods are becoming more sophisticated with technological advances. A look at why this is happening and what parents can do to help their children avoid the temptation to cheat.

Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary defines cheating as “to violate rules dishonestly”. This seems like a simple, straightforward definition, but judging from recent statistics, many U.S. high school students are working from an entirely different definition. A study done at Rutgers University in 2001 found that fifty-seven percent of U.S. high school students didn’t think that copying a few sentences without proper credit, sharing test answers, or getting answers from someone who had taken the test constituted cheating. So if those behaviors are not considered cheating, then what is?

Twenty to thirty years ago, cheating consisted of writing the answers to a test on your arm and then wearing a long-sleeved shirt to cover them up until they were needed, but cheating behaviors in American schools today have grown increasingly sophisticated. Some of the more low-tech, but still common, methods students try in the classroom are leaving an open textbook or notebook on the floor during a test (for classrooms with less vigilant teachers); or, a more easily camouflaged method, writing the answers on the back of a water-bottle label and then gluing it back on the bottle. What teacher would think to look inside the water bottle for hidden test answers?

The real explosion in ways that students cheat has occurred, as with so many other fields, in the area of technology. With so many students having MP3 players, digital cameras, and camera phones, it’s easy for students to pack notes or test answers into a portable, discrete gadget. There are also a number of websites available where students can, rather than completing the work themselves, purchase complete research papers. For the less devious-minded students out there, there are even websites that are exclusively dedicated to helping fellow students learn all about the the fine “art” of cheating, listing detailed instructions for all of the latest methods, rating them in terms of user-friendliness and the likelihood of being caught, and posting new methods submitted by visitors to the site.

With all of these reources now available to them, are U.S. students becoming more likely to cheat? Sadly, the numbers are not encouraging: an October 2006 report by the Josephson Institute revealed the following:

–62% of high school students lied to a teacher within the past twelve months about something significant

–33% copied an internet document within the past twelve months

–60% cheated during a test at school within the past twelve months

So where does all of this cheating begin? Sheryll L. Smith, of the Department of Psychology at Missouri Western, conducted a study in the 1990s to try to discover just when students begin to see particular behaviors as “cheating”. When she questioned groups of first graders, she found that a large percentage of that age group believed that it was acceptable to engage in specific behaviors (some of which would be considered some form of “cheating” behavior). Asked about those same behaviors, groups of second and third graders whom Smith questioned considered those behaviors to be clearly “cheating” behaviors. The truly interesting thing about her study was this: students continued to consider those behaviors cheating from about the second grade on up, until they reached the sixth grade; that was the age group in which Smith found that, suddenly, those same behaviors were once again considered to be acceptable and no longer considered to be cheating.

Why is there a spike in the sixth grade in what students consider cheating, and why has there been such an increase in the acceptability of cheating as students move on to higher levels of schooling? One could certainly surmise that the shift in the acceptability of “cheating” behaviors is linked to more being demanded of students as they advance from grade level to grade level. American students report being under more pressure than ever to achieve high grades, especially those students bound for college. In a 2006 article for the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Education, Jason M. Stephens considers several possible factors that may be contributing to the rise in cheating: first, that as more and more students do attend college, the competition for admission to colleges has increased, creating a corresponding increase in the pressure to attain ever-higher grades; students today suffer from a shortage of time needed to do their work carefully, perhaps due to increased participation in extracurricular activities (also related to creating a desirable college-application). In recent years, there has also been a great deal of publicity about the amount of homework which is assigned to U.S. students nightly.

But do U.S. students have to cheat in order to compete? There are things that parents can do to encourage honesty and integrity in their children’s schoolwork:

–Provide examples of role models for your children of those who do not cut corners in their work (brain surgeons, software developers, etc.), and serve as a role model yourself.

–Talk with your child openly and frankly about your expectations of them and what the consequences of cheating will be.

–Be an advocate at your child’s school to see that effective teaching methods are used; question unnecessary or overly restrictive rules (a motivating factor cited by the students in the various studies). Occasionally allowing collaborative work on homework or projects can help promote more effective learning, which leads to less cheating.

–Check your child’s homework regularly. This serves two purposes: first, it allows you to ensure that the work being assigned is meaningful, reasonable in quantity, relevant, and has real-world value. If it doesn’t, speak with the teacher or the school about it. Second, it allows you to have a true idea of the level at which your child is working, so that any sudden rise or drop in the quality of your child’s work can be dealt with before it becomes a long-term problem.

–Keep yourself up-to-date about the capabilities of the technological gadgets your child has and what the school’s policies are concerning the use of those gadgets at school. Monitor what they do on their computers at home.

–Do some exploring yourself on those “cheating tutorial” websites; it’s enlightening and can help you to be alert to cheating behaviors in your child.

–Help your child to maintain a proper balance between school demands and extracurricular activities. Make his or her academic work the priority and ensure that his/her daily schedule reflects that. Don’t be afraid to set limits on activities.

Most importantly, help your children to understand that cheating isn’t just about getting a good grade on a single test or project. If they’ll cheat on their schoolwork now, where will they draw the line later? Being willing to cheat is revealing of who they are as people, and of what is most important to them. The novelist John D. MacDonald wrote, “Integrity is not a conditional word. It doesn’t blow in the wind or change with the weather. It is your inner image of yourself, and if you look in there and see a man who won’t cheat, then you know he never will.” Help them to create that rock-solid image for themselves, and they will find that they do not have to cheat in order to achieve their greatest potential.

So, you’re sitting in your dorm room, eating instant ramen noodles and thinking to yourself, “Hey, if I recall correctly, I’m here to learn something!” You pull your books out from underneath your beat up futon and try to read a few chapters, only to discover that it’s not going so well.

This is a scenario many college undergraduates find themselves in. It’s no wonder, either. Most of them hardly ever had to study in high school so now they just don’t know how to do it! I know this was what I experienced when I went off to college, and many of my friends were the same way. Here are a few tips and tricks we learned along the way as we learned how to study.

Get Out of the Dorm

Living in the dorms is a great experience, don’t get me wrong, but it’s not a place conducive to good study habits. There are far too many distractions. People can knock on your door and ask you to go out to a party, or you might find yourself falling asleep on that comfortable futon your parents bought you. You’re better off finding a quiet corner of the library or, my personal favorite, pulling up a chair at a coffee shop and sipping a cup of tea as you get your work done.

All Nighters = Bad Idea

I’m sure this comes as no surprise to most of you, but all nighters are BAD. Not only does it screw with your sleep schedule, but when your brain is deprived of sleep it doesn’t work as well. You won’t remember most of what you studied during an all nighter, and if you’re writing a paper the quality will be far less than if you’d done it at 3 PM rather than 3 AM.

Choose Study Groups Wisely

Studying with others is a good idea. Turning a study group into a party group, however, is not. If you study with people you know you’re going to spend most of your time chatting with, you’re not going to get much done. You’re better off studying with a group of acquaintances that are in the same class than a group of friends you’d normally go out on the town with. If you study with people from your classes who you didn’t know prior, the one thing you’ll have in common is that you’re in the same class so you’ll find yourself talking more about that class and less about who is dating who among your group of friends.

Work Study!!!!

Many colleges have work study jobs available. These jobs allow you to make money and get homework done at the same time. Can it get any better? These sort of jobs might include security monitors, computer lab attendants, or parking lot attendants. These jobs are highly coveted so don’t expect to come by one too easily, but if you can get one it can be a great motivator for studying. If you’ve got nothing better to do and you’re getting paid at the same time, why not study?

Turn Off the ‘Puter

The internets, though great for researching and other homework helps, are a major distraction. Turn off your computer if you don’t need it. Facebook can wait, but that ten page paper due tomorrow cannot.

Learning to study isn’t too difficult if you’re willing to put in the time. Be patient with yourself if you’re a freshman – adjusting to college coursework is tough, especially if you went to an easy high school like I did where studying was largely a myth. You can get good grades if you put in the time and try some of the tips I’ve given you.

Oh, and one last thing: procrastination does NOT make it happen!!

What this has done, studies are showing, is create a vacuum in the life of the children who are being homeschooled. While the sexual makeup of the family is often blurred today, it’s clear that children need a two-parent home with significant contributions from each parent.

However, as the corporate parent, how can fathers make a significant impact on their children’s lives? The answer lies in perspective change. Just as a homeschooling mom is more than just “mom,” the “dad” must always be more than a working provider.

Reading with children, even for as little as 15 minutes a night, provides a strong impact on children’s ability to read and comprehend. It allows cognitive interaction with participatory learning that crosses all learning styles and usually has a completely positive effect on learning and reading prowess.

Further, while Mom establishes a daytime routine, Dad can easily set the tone for the night. By coming home with the children in mind and ready to set the pace for homework, bath, chores and bedtime, the father can become a pivotal person in how the home is run. Not only does this create a structured routine for children, but it gives Mom the break she needs from her daily “job” of being the primary caregiver. The shared responsibility adds to the harmony in the home and serves only to enhance the relationship between Mom and Dad, a key model for the children’s psychological development in the area of human relations.

One of the key points in homeschooling is the fact that in-depth, experiential learning can be combined with traditional educational techniques to create a vibrant learning experience. Dads can not only participate, but plan and add a unique perspective to such events and be seen as a competent educator. Just by participating in some of the events Mom has planned will lead to this, but do not underestimate the value of making sure that Dad has a chance to be the coordinator.

Though this would seem a no-brainer, it’s important for the homeschooling father to ensure that the homeschooling mother has his support at all times. When others may provide a degree of resistance to the idea of homeschooling, the father needs to take a supportive role in underpinning the family’s choice to educate at home.

Times, they are a-changing. The era of running downstairs and asking Mom or Dad to help with homework may be coming to an end. These days, students can just as easily use a computer or cell phone to receive homework help.

Welcome to the New World of Homework Hotlines!

And, what a crowded world it is fast becoming! Over the last year or so, there has been a virtual explosion of new homework hotlines, with a new one seeming to pop up every day. (Some businesses use the word "hotline" but are actually homework information sites with articles and links or paid tutoring services.)

There is a homework hotline to suit every family, student and budget: free and paid; local, national and international; immediate help and those where someone will get back to you later. A student might call down the street and talk to the friendly librarian, or send an email to a guy across the country, or even chat with a woman in an entirely different country. Some hotlines are only available for a few hours after school; others stay "open" 24/7.

You know, just in case your first grader needs help with those sight words at 3 o’clock in the morning.

So, are these homework hotlines a good thing or not? Once again, my answer is: it depends. If a student simply needs to be pointed in the right direction or has a relatively easy question- then, yes, homework hotlines can be helpful. However, if a student is using a homework hotline because of true lack of understanding and/or a huge deadline looming overhead…

Better talk to a tutor or teacher.

We are always looking for quick fixes, aren’t we?

Be Prepared

If you think your family might one day want to use a homework hotline, I recommend writing down the phone numbers and/or website addresses now, before you need them. Think ahead and at least try to keep the tears and desperation (you or your child’s) to a minimum.

I prefer local or state hotlines over national and international ones because they are more likely to be familiar with your school’s expectations and assignments and state standards. Check with your school district, neighborhood library or state office of education to find the best local homework hotlines.

You gotta love free, live homework help- especially if it’s local.

A Word About Homework Hotlines and Safety

Students should never, ever give out their personal information on the phone or online, and the same rule applies to homework hotlines. Teach your children to never give out their last name, home address, school name, home phone or credit card number. If anyone asks for this type of information, hang up and immediately tell your parents, teacher or another adult you trust.

Homework should be proportionate to their age and mental ability.

The motivation offered by homework should be accompanied by parent involvement. Some say that homework serves as a link between the school and home. Parents must strengthen this link by supporting their children in their home assignments. Parents must take interest in the homework given to their children. They must help their kids do their homework and be concerned about their kids’ school activities, thereby promoting education.

I believe in the benefits of homework. But according to me, homework in the form of projects is more helpful than practice assignments. Students should be encouraged to act creatively. Project on a topic outside school curriculum leads students to investigate varied subjects. It encourages general reading. Studies do not remain monotonous. Children think, research and innovate. This results in an added advantage of homework that studies do not remain confined to textbooks. Children understand that education is much more than it seems to be. This realization convinces them of the benefits of homework as well!

No hard work means, no gain. These words seem very harsh and brutal but are very true. Rags to Riches stories of many millionaires are replete with instances of hardship suffered by these achievers during their boyhood and youth.

In life, winners are those who are resolute and pursue their goals. They work meticulously every step of the way and stay resilient when they do not succeed.

How much is too much homework? Before answering this question one needs to know what is hard work .Hard work means to learn to enjoy challenging work and to get success in it. Unfortunately, there is a myth behind the actual meaning. Hard work does not means more time, more energy and less relaxation. Instead, it is a smart work quoted by management. Hard work is like a gem, which turns dreams into reality.

Too much homework means filling colors in the world of imagination and giving it a new form. The newly formed world glitters with gems of name and fame. Hard work is the only mantra to get success. Nothing can surpass the excellence of hard work .It is regarded as the key to win the world. This statement has been proved correct since the times immemorial. It is rightly said that even gold begins to melt when it is put to the test of fire. The moment we enter the teenage, we began to stagger and our mind becomes full of anxiety. All this happens just in the appetite to become more and more successful in life.

The word success has dominated man completely. Its impact is so much so that even the people with enormous confidence are seen under a peculiar group of fear, with their mind and soul under shin and tension. Success is the word, which has given the destination to work hard.

However, the problem occurs when people think that too much homework means taking work as pain giving object and making life uncomfortable with the same. They take challenges with an idea of putting their energies with negative attitude in the hope to get fruitful results.

Does hard work necessarily have to be painful? No, of course not! Too much hard work means to eliminate useless activities and focusing on the terms Dedication and Determination .Hard work done with these two terms makes glass full. There is a positive co relation between hard work and these two D’s .When we do too much hard work this means that we are challenging something, which holds power to challenge us. If we observe all the greatest endeavors carried out in this world, we find that behind them hard work is the sole driving force, without which everything is impossible.

A person can challenge dominant force only if he has power to work hard. Thus; hard work forms the foundation of every new achievement, every new invention and every new discovery along with victory.

The passion to hard work cannot be imposed upon anyone. It comes from deep inside one’s heart. Hard work cannot be measured. The quantity of hard work passed depends upon how much positive your approach towards life is.

Without hard work person cannot face challenge and he ends up becoming the failure in his life.

It is the force, which enlightens the candle of hope giving strength to fight against all odds.

Too much of hard work gives person a quality, which invigorates a person to win over his or her physical disabilities. The passion and fragrance obtained in the mania to accept challenge is so strong that even physically challenged persons can easily overcome their handicaps,

The nice thing about hard work is that it is universal. It doe not matter what industry you are in. Hard work requires on more pillar to stand. It is acceptance. Hard work and acceptance are two sides of one coin. One must accept this point that the things which can not move easily can be easily succumb by hard work.

Life takes new shape once you impede avoiding and panicking hard work and make it your partner instead of your foe.

Hard work is the sole witness at the sepulcher of the unsuccessful at everything. It is a worth, giving everything, we have in life to hard work because it is the only obligation towards our life. It is our destiny. It is better to die while attempting to reach our destiny than never making an attempt and live a purposeless life. Hard work gives direction to our life and determines our future.

Apart from this, one should keep in mind that proper balance is also required. Too much of everything is bad. It should be life giving hard work not like taking. The truth is that we are the scribes of our own destiny. Maintaining balance should also be the important point to be considered while going through hard ships of life.
